Terms of service

This Purchase is a contract between Client and OK2Charge for the sale and provision of Services and
Products by OK2Charge to the “Client” identified in this Agreement.

This Purchase is governed by and subject to the “OK2 Solutions Terms of Service” located at OK2Charge’s website: www.OK2Charge.com, which are hereby fully incorporated into this Purchase by reference (“Terms of Sale”). All capitalized terms, not otherwise defined in this Purchase, shall have the meanings set forth in the Terms of Sale.

Client agrees to be bound by this Purchase and the Terms of Sale which shall together constitute a binding agreement between Client and OK2 Solutions, LLC.

OK2Charge EV charging stations come with a manufacturer’s warranty to the original purchaser of the product. The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship during the three year warranty period for each charger. The warranty is not transferable.

The OK2Charge warranty obligation is expressly subject to the charger being used in accordance with the applicable product description and instructions. The warranty does not cover damage to the product from mishandling, improper installation, extreme weather or acts of nature, nor the costs associated with removal and/or installation. The warranty is void if the product has been opened or modified by any person other than the manufacturer or authorized service provider.
